Lead new-property critical path calls, coordinating across Development, Design, Purchasing, Operations, and vendor partners to track milestones, flag risks, and keep Food & Beverage deliverables on schedule for pre-opening properties.
Partner with the Development team throughout the pre-opening process to ensure Food & Beverage concepts, OS&E, and vendor relationships are established and ready to support a successful opening.
Collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents, Area Directors, and property Food & Beverage leaders to roll out new vendor programs, products, and initiatives across the portfolio.
Track and report on special project status, vendor performance, and OS&E budgets to the Vice President of Food & Beverage.
