HSE Specialist

ACG_3964_JOB Our client is a leading express delivery and logistics company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their organization. Prepare fire prevention and fighting (PCCC) management documentation and coordinate related activities for the company's business locations and warehouses, including proposing employees for fire safety training, organizing fire drills, and recommending the procurement of fire protection equipment in accordance with legal standards and requirements. Provide training, consultation, and guidance to the Operations Division on workplace layout arrangements and the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures during daily operations. Develop occupational health and safety procedures and internal safety regulations for the company's Operations Division. Prepare HSE-related documentation, including occupational accident investigation and reporting, forklift inspection and certification records, and wastewater management system documentation. Research and stay updated on new laws, regulations, and policies related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance. Prepare and review relevant documentation to maintain the company's ISO certifications and ensure compliance with quality and management system requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards. Perform other HSE-related duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in Chinese, including listening, speaking, reading, and typing. Previous experience in warehouse safety or logistics operations is an advantage. Good understanding of occupational safety and fire prevention and fighting regulations. Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with good communication skills.
