About the job

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage the customer contracts and reservation forms signing process for Nawy Shares clients, ensuring their questions are addressed and contracts are signed within the required deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication throughout the customer contracts and reservation forms signing process

• Answer clients' questions regarding contract terms and procedures

• Follow up with clients to ensure contracts and reservation forms are signed within deadlines

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and avoid delays

• Track contract and reservation form statuses and ensure all required documentation is completed

• Handle third-party logistics companies

• Follow up on contract delivery and pick-ups

• Manage the contracts and reservation forms archiving process

• Follow up with the exit team and support the unit exits process

Requirements

Experience: 0-2 Years | Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome

• Good English speaking skills

• Good Excel and analysis skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
