Role: Strategy and Operations Associate
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience Level: Associate-level; 3+ years preferred
Work Model: Fully remote, five-day workweek, with flexible working hours.

As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you will support initiatives that drive strategic and operational excellence across Turing.

You will gain hands-on experience with high-impact projects, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, process improvement, and exposure to senior leaders. This is an opportunity to build a strong foundation in strategy and operations while making a meaningful contribution from day one.

Assist with research, analysis, planning, and execution across one or more strategic initiatives.

Conduct detailed data analysis, identify trends, track performance metrics, and develop insights that inform decision-making.

Create project plans, define success metrics, monitor milestones, and help teams stay aligned on priorities and outcomes.

Identify challenges, help develop solutions, and contribute to process improvements across the organization.

Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that clearly communicate progress, insights, and outcomes to leadership.

Learn at high speed: Work closely with experienced leaders and gain exposure to strategy, operations, data, product, engineering, and go-to-market functions.

Create structure from ambiguity: Help turn complex questions and evolving priorities into clear analysis, plans, and actions.

Work across the company: Collaborate with GTM, product, engineering, and data science teams to move important initiatives forward.

Make an impact early: Take ownership of meaningful work and contribute to Turing’s growth from day one.

Strong problem-solving skills: The ability to break down complex challenges, bring structure to ambiguity, and develop practical solutions.

Data-driven judgment: The ability to analyze data, uncover trends, and inform decisions without becoming stuck in analysis.

Clear communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Cross-functional collaboration: The ability to build relationships, work across teams, and align stakeholders around shared goals.

• Three or more years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related role at a high-growth startup or consulting firm.
• Familiarity with project management, business operations, or analytical work.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• A strong academic background or demonstrated excellence in a relevant field.
