Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Part Time - Kitchen Helper at Les Peters Youth Academy at 3001 26th Ave. S, St. Petersburg, Florida 33712✨

Les Peters Academy is a moderate risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.

A youth’s length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan.
