  • Coordinate security, risk, audit, resiliency, continuity, and control-related activities across service areas.
  • Support technology integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, onboarding, divestitures, or business-aligned transformation efforts.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting, dashboards, status updates, decision materials, and governance documentation.
  • Track service health, operational risks, incidents, issues, dependencies, financial impacts, savings opportunities, and benefits realization.
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders and serve as a clear point of coordination across complex initiatives.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, stakeholders, and escalations simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level summaries and business-facing technology updates.
  • Experience coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and service owners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, identify ownership gaps, and drive structure in ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, asset management, insurance, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and workstation and server operating systems.
  • Experience supporting security reviews, conditional access policies, data protection, audit requests, regulatory readiness, or risk remediation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell, and Nexthink or similar reporting and workflow platforms.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, tenant integrations, or user migration planning.
