Demi Chef de Rang | Season 2027 | Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel Tuscany

At Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an attentive and polished Demi Chef de Rang, who will support floor operations and deliver refined dining service to our guests. 

• →Support the Chef de Rang in station service, taking orders for water, bread, and supporting dish delivery. 

• →Ensure immaculate mis-en-place, table settings, and side-stand preparation prior to service hours. 

• →Interact politely with guests, providing basic menu information and anticipating immediate needs. 

• →Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently between courses. 

• →Maintain close communication with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth course timing. 

• At least 2 years of experience in food service within 4/5-star luxury hotels or upscale restaurants. 

• Knowledge of luxury service etiquette and beverage presentation. 

• Elegant presentation, politeness, and high attention to detail. 

• Strong desire to grow into a Chef de Rang role. 

• Fluent in Italian and English.
