Key responsibilities in your new role A reaktív folyamatok működtetésével  (pl.: belső eltéréskezelés, 8D) biztosítja a minőségi hibával érintett termékek teljes elszigetelését (belső zárolás, visszahívás), forrásának beazonosítását és a hiba azonnali megszüntetését, valamint a valódi gyökérok meghatározását és hatékony javító intézkedések bevezetését  a termékelőállítási folyamatok biztosítása érdekében. A preventív folyamatok  (pl. FMEA, RA)  irányításával  biztosítja az új vagy módosított folyamatok bevezetése előtt a potenciális kockázatok pontos beazonosítását, a hatékony megelőző intézkedések definiálását a kockázatok csökkentésére, illetve azok bevezetését és visszaellenőrzését a „ZeroDefect” stratégia biztosítása érdekében.  Támogató funkcióként hozzájárul az új nyersanyagok, késztermékek, folyamatok és berendezések bevezetéséhez, ellenőrzéséhez és jóváhagyásához (pl. mintagyártás ellenőrzések, hibakatalógusok), a minőségügyi szempontok maradéktalan beépítéséért. By managing reactive processes (e.g.: internal deviation management,8D), ensures complete isolation of defective products (internal blocking, recall), defines their source and eliminate immediately the defect as well identifies the real root causes and implement an effective corrective actions to ensure product manufacturing processes. By managing preventive processes  (e.g. FMEA, RA), ensures that the potential risks are     accurately identified before the introduction of new or modified     processes, defines effective preventive measures to mitigate risks and     checks that they are implemented to ensure the of a "ZeroDefect"     strategy.  As a support function, contributes to the  introduction, control and approval of new raw materials , products, processes and equipments (e.g. sample checks, failure catalogues) to ensure that the quality aspects are fully integrated.  Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Műszaki - mérnöki végzettség ; Gyártástámogató/Minőségügyi mérnöki munkakörben szerzett legalább 3 éves tapasztalat ,  8D problémamegoldó és az FMEA/RA módszertan magabiztos ismerete; Gyökérokelemző módszerek  (IS-ISNOT, Ishikawa, 5Why) magabiztos ismerete; Statisztikai folyamat szabályozás (SPC) és mérőrendszer elemzés (MSA, GR&R) alapismeretek. Angol és/vagy német nyelv legalább középfokú, aktív kommunikációs ismerete; Felhasználói szintű számítástechnikai ismeretek (MS Windows, MS Word,MS Outlook); Haladó MS Excel (Pivot táblák) és MS Powerpoint ismeretek. Technical qualification in quality engineering; At least 3 years of experience as a production support and/or quality engineer; 8D problem solving and FMEA methodology skills;  Root cause analysis methodologies (IS-ISNOT, Ishikawa, 5Why); Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA, GR&R) English and/or German language at least intermediate, active communication skills; General computer literacy (MS Windows, MS WORD, MS OUTLOOK); Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables) and MS Powerpoint. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
