Responsibilities

→ Assist the Chef de Partie in the daily preparation, mis-en-place, and service of a specific kitchen section.

→Prepare fresh, seasonal ingredients according to Executive Chef recipes and quality standards.

→Supervise Commis de Cuisine, ensuring correct food handling, organization, and station cleanliness.

→Maintain strict adherence to food waste reduction and Belmond’s environmental sustainability practices.

→Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and HACCP regulations across all workstations.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie in 5-star hotels or fine-dining venues.

Solid foundational cooking techniques, passion for raw materials, and high motivation to learn.

Team player attitude, adaptability, and composure during peak service hours.

Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.

Fluent in Italian and good working knowledge of English.
