We're looking for a Restaurant General Manager who can bring these two experiences to life.

This is an opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who knows how to build strong teams, create memorable guest experiences, and drive a successful restaurant and lounge operation. You'll oversee the daily operations and business performance of both outlets, setting the standard for service, developing talent, and ensuring every detail reflects the experience our guests have come to expect.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• A strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations, including service standards, beverage programs, and financial performance.
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams while maintaining high expectations and accountability.
• A business-minded approach with the ability to manage budgets, labor, inventory, cost controls, and profitability.
• A genuine passion for food, beverage, and creating experiences that keep guests coming back.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to balance strategic planning with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements
