The Sushi Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi, ensuring food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to Hyatt's culinary standards.

• Basic knowledge of sushi preparation and presentation.
• Understanding of sushi rice preparation and fish handling.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Requires good communication skills.
• 1-2 years of previous line experience preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
• Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
• Requires moderate supervision and training.
