Skilled Baker

• →Prepare and bake a variety of breads, rolls and sweets from scratch
• →Follow and maintain consistency with established recipes and production schedules
• →Mix, shape, proof, and bake doughs with attention to quality and timing
• →Monitor ovens and adjust baking conditions as needed
• →Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• →Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed
• →Assist with inventory tracking and ingredient preparation

• Proven experience as a baker in a commercial bakery, restaurant, or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, fermentation, and dough handling
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during early morning hours
• Comfortable with physically demanding work (standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 kg)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
