We're looking for a Head of Sales with a strong focus on process, strategy, and data-driven leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the LATAM Sales area, focusing on optimizing sales processes, implementing a data-based strategy, and aligning the team to meet commercial objectives. This role requires a leader who can ensure efficient and scalable operations, promoting a culture of excellence in execution to guarantee a comprehensive and positive experience for our customers.
What are the responsibilities?
- Design, implement, and optimize the commercial strategy and sales processes across all our operations (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico), ensuring each step is aligned with business goals and is measurable.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring adherence to defined methodologies and processes.
- Make decisions based on data and metrics, analyzing key variables to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Continuously diagnose the area's processes, proposing and implementing improvements that increase the team's efficiency, conversion, and productivity.
- Define and audit commercial performance KPIs, using data to drive growth.
- Collaborate with other areas (Marketing, Product, CX, Technology) to ensure the correct implementation of the commercial strategy and the achievement of business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and the development of new channels.
- Report results to the C-Level, proposing concrete action plans supported by data analysis.
- Establish relationships with strategic partners, insurance companies, and other key players.
What are the requirements?
- Preferably a graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in commercial areas, with at least 2 years leading teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and lead efficient processes, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement by the team.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-based decisions.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, e-commerce, or other digital industries.
- Knowledge of the insurance market (desirable).
- Strategic profile with a strong focus on results and growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in agile, dynamic environments with a high level of autonomy.
- Willingness to attend the office at least 3 times a week.
- Willingness to travel.
- Portuguese (desirable).
