About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for a Solution Engineer – SDK Integration to become the go-to expert on our internal SDKs and the primary technical partner for game teams integrating them into their titles. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role where you’ll guide studios through every phase of SDK adoption—from initial integration to live support—ensuring teams ship faster and with fewer roadblocks.
This role is AI-first. You’ll leverage large language models and AI-powered tooling as a core part of how you work—whether that’s triaging support requests, generating integration examples, building diagnostic tools, or creating documentation. We expect you to push the boundaries of what’s possible when AI is embedded into every aspect of solution engineering.

● Strong proficiency in C++, C#, or other languages commonly used in game development, with the ability to read and debug unfamiliar codebases quickly.
● Hands-on experience working with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of your daily engineering workflow—not just experimentation, but real productivity gains.
● A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills—you can explain complex SDK behavior clearly to engineers at varying experience levels.
● Experience creating developer-facing documentation, integration guides, and technical content that people actually find useful.
● Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across multiple platforms (Windows, consoles, macOS).
● A proactive, ownership-driven approach—you don’t wait for tickets to come in, you identify problems and reach out.
