Human Resources Officer (Temporary)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for full spectrum of compensation & benefits services including payroll processing, benefits administration, taxation, MPF, etc.
• Assist in the maintenance and support of HR system
• Perform any other duties (in the capacity as Human Resources Officer) assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines
• At least 1 year of solid experience in C&B operations preferably from a sizable organisation
• Applicants with less relevant experience may be considered as Human Resources Assistant
• Well-versed in employment-related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications; hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCMS will be an advantage
