We are looking for a "Boots on the Ground" Field Coach to serve as a Territory Sales Manager. This is a Full-Time opportunity based in Greater Philadelphia/NJ. You are not a spreadsheet manager; you are a player-coach who lives in the field. Your job is to make your team better every single day through ride-alongs, deal strategy sessions and real-time feedback. You will manage a pod of 6-8 Territory Reps and report to the VP, Head of Sales.
