The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day human resources operations, with primary responsibility for new-hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and Form I-9 verification. This role ensures employees receive a welcoming and organized onboarding experience while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of HR, onboarding, benefits, payroll, or administrative experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Form I-9 requirements, benefits enrollment, and general HR practices.
- Experience with HRIS, benefits administration, applicant tracking, or E-Verify systems required, ADP WorkforceNow preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through electronic channels.
- Ability to handle and securely maintain confidential employee documents.
- Occasional lifting of files or office materials weighing up to 20 pounds may be required.
This is a 1 year contract position with full benefits provided. Compensation range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually.
