This is a greenfield, high-impact role—not inheriting a mature pipeline, but building one.
The mandate is clear:
- Identify and shape opportunities before they formally come to market
- Build a validated pipeline with 12–24 month visibility
- Win a small number of high-value, complex deals
- Establish the foundation for sustained regional growth
Responsibilities
~1 min readReporting to the General Manager of APAC, the Head of Sales will serve as the region’s primary new business leader.
This individual will be responsible for:
- →Driving net new logo acquisition
- →Building and maintaining a forward-looking pipeline
- →Developing relationships across state and federal government agencies
- →Positioning Accela early in procurement cycles
- →Leading complex enterprise sales processes from origination through close
Requirements
~1 min read- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience working with or selling into government agencies preferred
- Strong understanding of procurement-driven sales environments
- Ability to operate independently while influencing across functions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
