Join our Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment services while partnering closely with stakeholders and client teams. This role combines senior-level recruiting expertise with strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management responsibilities.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing to offer management;
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and client teams, providing guidance on recruiting strategies and market insights;
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure an excellent recruitment experience;
Drive effective communication and collaboration across multiple parties throughout the hiring process;
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of recruitment activities.

Requirements

French - B2 level & English - B2 level;
Bachelor’s degree;
3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an end-to-end recruitment environment;
Experience managing relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and client-facing teams;
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Experience providing recruitment guidance and consultation to business stakeholders;

Experience working in an international or shared services environment;
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends;
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
