Talent AcquisitionHuman Resources

Our team designs and delivers the technology that powers Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) — the recruiting platforms and processes our recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates rely on. We're looking for an Associate Product Analyst, HR Technology to help support these tools! This is a broad, hands-on role for a new graduate who wants to learn how a product team operates, keeps our delivery moving, and keeps our partners informed.

You'll start by shadowing the Product Manager to learn how the team sets direction, prioritizes, and manages partners, and shadowing our Sr. Product Analyst to learn the analyst role day to day. From there, you'll lean in to support the work directly — helping with backlog prioritization, request intake, and BRD review, and keeping initiatives moving at the right pace.

You'll learn the tools that run our portfolio (i.e. ServiceNow and Jira)— and help shape a new internal tool we're building to track and report on all of our work. You'll bring a user-experience sensibility to what we deliver, helping ensure the solutions and enhancements we deliver are easy for our GTA users to work with. You will bring an AI-first instinct — always asking where intelligent automation can remove friction for users or for our team

You’ll also take part in a formal vendor selection process (RFP - Request for Proposal) with several recruiting vendors to select a new Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool, applying your research skills to support the analysis of each tool's capabilities around user experience.

Responsibilities

~1 min read
  • Learn the enhancement lifecycle: how requests are taken into the backlog, and how initial Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) are reviewed and triaged.
  • Serve as backup to the Sr. Product Analyst on backlog intake and initial BRD review, keeping intake moving when coverage is needed.
    • Apply your UI/UX expertise during intake and review — assessing enhancement requests through a user-experience lens as they're scoped.
  • Partner with the Solution Architect as enhancements move into design, providing UX recommendations that shape how solutions are built.
  • Shadow the Sr. Product Analyst to learn how TA solutions are scoped, configured, tested, and supported.
  • Build hands-on Phenom configuration skills, progressing from supported changes to owning defined config and support tasks.
  • Use your analytical expertise to evaluate vendor CRM solutions by analyzing each tool's capabilities. Provide a detailed evaluation of its user experience.
  • Scope note: the evaluation involves demos — watching vendor demonstrations, asking the right questions. It does not involve hands-on tool testing or candidate interviewing.
  • Actively identify where GenAI and automation have the potential to improve the TA experience or the team's own workflows and bring those opportunities into discovery.

  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize findings and track details across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Collaboration across multiple functions — comfortable partnering with technical and the business partners (Product Manager, Sr. Product Analyst, Solution Architect, GTA partners, and vendors).
  • AI/GenAI awareness — familiarity with generative AI and an instinct for where thoughtful automation can streamline processes for users and the team.
