Schedule:

• Other duties as assigned.
• Provides training on post-injury management protocols and procedures.
• Ensures reasons for reoccurrence are addressed to prevent future injuries.
• Analyzes event reports to identify trends and commonalities.
• Maintains accurate records of post-injury management activities and outcomes.
• Administers post-injury management programs, including return-to-work policies.
• Coordinates discussions on medical restrictions, reasonable accommodations, job re-assignment, and potential outcomes.
• Monitors leaves and restricted work to ensure compliance and effective management.
• Partners with managers to arrange return-to-work plans and alternative work arrangements.
• Conducts data analysis to support organizational goals and improve program effectiveness.
• Advocates for injured associates throughout the medical management process. Communicates event reporting system expectations to staff and leadership.
