The Partnerships Operations Analyst plays a dual role at the intersection of data and operations within the Global Partnerships team. This position is responsible for delivering accurate, timely reporting and analysis that drives partner performance visibility, while also serving as a key operational contributor — coordinating cross-functional projects, tracking initiative progress, and supporting the day-to-day execution of Global Partnership Ops. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a pivot table and managing a project tracker, and brings a proactive mindset to both data and operational challenges.

Direct ownership of reporting and operational processes that feed into real business decisions across a global partnerships function

Exposure to cross-functional collaboration at a senior level — working alongside Partnerships, Sales, Finance, and leadership teams across multiple markets

Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional setting, with active encouragement to experiment and build smarter workflows

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 40,000.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
