Role: Talent Acquisition Lead Location: Hyderabad Exp: 5+ Alignity Solutions is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our recruitment operations, focusing on attracting top talent to meet the needs of our clients. This role requires hands-on experience in the staffing industry and a strong track record of talent acquisition excellence. Prior experience working with clients like Deloitte and Infosys will be a significant advantage. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for our diverse client base, including consulting giants like Deloitte and Infosys. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Oversee the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows and maintain data integrity. Optimize the usage of Job Boards and other sourcing channels to maximize candidate reach and engagement. Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. Use recruitment analytics to evaluate and optimize hiring processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a staffing organization. Proven track record working with high-profile clients, with an advantage for experience involving Deloitte and Infosys. Strong experience in ATS administration and optimizing Job Board usage. Excellent understanding of the staffing industry’s best practices, market trends, and candidate management tools. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships. Preferred Skills: Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and advanced ATS functionality. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
