Proactively hunt and engage with major brands, agencies, and strategic partners to unlock new opportunities. Lead end-to-end negotiations, close high-value deals, and grow their market share in the AdTech ecosystem. Build, mentor, and scale your own Business Development (BD) team. Take full ownership of business outcomes, with clear career paths toward P&L leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver data-driven, impactful marketing solutions. Requirements 5+ years of B2B Business Development experience in AdTech, Martech, Media, or Advertising Agencies. A proven track record of hunting, winning, and scaling large brand accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with C-level executives. Highly independent, results-oriented, and growth-driven. Strong leadership potential, with the ambition to build and scale a business unit.
