ACG_3627_JOB Our client is a leading enterprise in Vietnam in the field of steel design and manufacturing, currently seeking suitable personnel to join the company. Conduct market research, identify prospective clients, and develop new business opportunities in the steel structure, pre-engineered steel building, and industrial construction sectors. Proactively gather information on potential projects and establish connections with project owners, design consultants, general contractors, and other partners within the construction industry. Build, maintain, and expand a strong network of relationships with B2B clients and relevant project stakeholders. Provide professional consultation on appropriate solutions and present the company’s capabilities, products, and services to prospective clients. Collaborate closely with the technical, cost estimation, design, and project management teams to develop suitable and competitive proposals. Monitor quotation and tender documentation, negotiation progress, and the client’s review and approval process. Participate directly in negotiating commercial terms and facilitate the contract finalization and signing process. Follow projects throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through contract completion and project implementation. Maintain strong client relationships, address arising issues, and identify opportunities for further business development. Develop business plans, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare periodic reports on project progress, sales performance, and market conditions. Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend solutions to improve overall business performance. Perform other business development-related duties as assigned by the company’s management. Requirements Experience Possess 3–5 years of professional experience in steel structures, pre-engineered steel buildings, or other relevant sectors. Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and the development of steel structure projects. Proven ability to identify potential projects, develop client relationships, formulate commercial solutions, and successfully close contracts. Previous experience working for a steel structure or pre-engineered steel building company, or for a general construction contractor responsible for steel structure packages, will be considered an advantage. Possess relevant knowledge and an established professional network in one or more of the following areas: Steel structures and pre-engineered steel buildings. Infrastructure and bridge structures. Civil and industrial construction. General construction contracting and design consultancy. Languages Proficient in English for professional communication and daily business activities. Able to communicate, deliver presentations, negotiate, and work effectively with international clients and partners. Skills Strong client development and market expansion capabilities. Ability to identify, assess, and monitor potential project opportunities. Proficient in project-based sales and B2B contract negotiation. Strong relationship-building skills with project owners, design consultants, general contractors, and other industry partners. Effective communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage the sales pipeline and monitor projects with extended sales cycles. Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal departments. Personal Attributes Proactive, determined, and highly accountable for assigned responsibilities. Strong customer service mindset with a focus on developing sustainable, long-term business relationships. Professional and well-presented, with confident communication skills. Detail-oriented, thorough, and committed to maintaining high standards of work quality. Adaptable to a project-based business environment and capable of performing effectively under sales pressure. Willing to meet clients and travel as required by the position. Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Economics, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline. Candidates who have graduated from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi Architectural University, the University of Architecture Ho Chi Minh City, or equivalent technical institutions will be given preference. Benefits A two-month probationary period with a salary equivalent to 85% of the official salary. Project-based bonuses or commissions for each successfully secured project; specific terms will be discussed during the interview. Performance-based bonuses subject to individual business results and the company’s overall performance. Health insurance provided through a partner insurer for management-level employees. Lunch allowance of VND 40,000 per working day. Parking allowance of VND 375,000 per month. A laptop and other necessary tools and equipment will be provided for work purposes. Business travel expenses and sales support benefits will be provided in accordance with the company’s policies. Opportunities to participate in and develop large-scale projects in the steel structure and industrial construction sectors.
