ACG_3521_JOB Our client is a fast-growing fintech company is seeking a qualified candidate to join their team. Research and assess potential international markets, partners, and clients. Design and implement strategic initiatives to expand and scale in global markets. Build and nurture strong partnerships with overseas stakeholders, including payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and financial institutions. Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure partner requirements are met and onboarding processes run efficiently. Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing structures, and commercial agreements with partners. Represent the company at international conferences, exhibitions, and business networking events to enhance brand visibility and drive partnerships. Track KPIs and deliver regular reports on business development performance. Contribute to the company long-term global growth strategy and vision within the fintech ecosystem. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, International Trade, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in international business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within fintech, payments, or e-commerce sectors. Solid knowledge of international trade, cross-border payments, or digital financial services is advantageous. Strong English communication and negotiation skills (additional languages are a plus). Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Open to frequent international travel as needed. Results-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High cultural awareness with adaptability across diverse business environments.
