ACG_3570_JOB Our client is a fast-growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) Advertising and Media Solutions company, currently seeking an experienced candidate to lead and scale their commercial operations. Design and implement B2B sales initiatives focused on SMEs and major clients within the media, advertising, and digital industries. Oversee and expand a high-performing sales team while taking responsibility for revenue objectives and client portfolio growth. Provide coaching and guidance to team members in areas including client acquisition, consultative selling, and contract negotiation. Organize and facilitate internal training programs aimed at strengthening overall team performance and capabilities. Establish and sustain strong partnerships with key clients and strategic stakeholders. Monitor sales outcomes, evaluate pipeline development, and deliver regular performance reports to the Sales Director. Contribute strategic recommendations to drive business development and support market expansion efforts. Requirements Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of two years of experience in a sales leadership role within the Advertising, Media, OOH, or Digital industries is required. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities are essential for this position. The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, with a strong passion for sales performance and team development. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is highly preferred.
