Catering Sales Manager OEM

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue, market visibility, and guest satisfaction across social, wedding, and corporate catering-only business at the hotel. This role manages the entire sales and event lifecycle—from inquiry through execution—for a wide range of programs including social celebrations, weddings, and standalone corporate catering events not associated with group room blocks.

This position is highly revenue-driven, detail-oriented, and operationally engaged, requiring strong sales acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to both sell and fully detail events to ensure seamless execution aligned with The Ameswell brand standards.

OEM associates are expected to complete their responsibilities within a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends and are eligible for overtime as applicable.
