You will play a vital role in creating authentic Italian dishes, collaborating with the Head Chef, and delivering an unforgettable dining experience in a vibrant culinary setting.

• →Assist in menu planning and preparation of high-quality Italian dishes.
• →Oversee kitchen operations and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
• →Support the Head Chef in training, mentoring, and supervising kitchen staff.
• →Ensure that all food safety regulations and sanitation practices are followed.
• →Manage inventory, including ordering and controlling stock levels of ingredients.
• →Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus and special dishes.
• →Assist with kitchen administration tasks as necessary.

• →Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Italian restaurant or similar culinary environment.
• →Proven experience in a Sous Chef role or as a Chef de Partie.
• →Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and its culinary techniques.
• →Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• →Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
• →Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• →Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• →Willingness to relocate to DRC for this position.

The net take home salary is USD 3000/- per month plus free accommodation, transport and food allowance
