Employee Relations Specialist

On Behalf of Our Clint , we are looking for a Employee Relations Specialist . Job Summary : Support a healthy work environment by handling employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting employee engagement Responsibilities : Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Investigate misconduct and recommend disciplinary action. Support policy enforcement and updates. Conduct exit interviews and report trends. Manage employee engagement and wellness programs. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal rules. Requirements Bachelor’s in Law, HR, or Psychology. 4+ years in employee relations or HR generalist role. Strong mediation, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor regulations. Discretion and sound judgment. Strong command of HR systems (e.g., MenaITech, SAP, Oracle). Attention to detail and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Fluency in Arabic and English.
