You’ll join our growing Growth team at Arionkoder. As an ambitious group, we're on a mission to continue the rapid growth we've seen over the last three years, with clear revenue and satisfaction targets. A Tribe Lead at Arionkoder is not only an account manager. You are a client advocate inside AK - your job is to help clients succeed in their career, their goals, and their businesses, while making our business grow alongside theirs.

You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts and be responsible for taking them through  AK's relationship system, designed to turn great individual client relationships into a company-owned competitive advantage. From building deep Customer Intelligence Profiles to activating referrals and leading joint business reviews, you will be the person who makes farming permanent and predictable.
