The Busser role is a support position within the Hospitality Team. Their primary responsibility is to maintain the highest standards of service while ensuring that our dining room is clean and safe.

Responsibilities

→Remove all meal service items from tables, both during and after the dining experience.
→Engage with guests in a pleasant and professional manner.
→Sanitize the dining spaces between guests including but not limited to wiping tabletops, wiping chairs, sweeping floors.
→Maintain cleanliness of dining room, outdoor dining spaces, restrooms, and entry areas.
→Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building.
→Handle café wares with care.
→Wash dishes when needed, following all sanitization guidelines.
→Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
→Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
→Communicate clearly and effectively
