Our Account Managers focus on managing property care accounts to ensure every property is maintained beautifully to meet each client’s expectations. This position includes a high level of communication to clients, foreman, and crew to make sure properties are maintained  to the Aspen Ridge Standard, this includes mowing, trimming, fine gardening and so much more.  Account Managers are encouraged to use their sales skills to work with clients and to suggest necessary upgrades that can take their property from great to grand!  Prior gardening, property care, landscape, horticulture, or construction experience preferred. 

Responsibilities-  

Communication with clients to gather information on project scope, budget, and timeline.

Meeting with foreman and crews to discuss clients’ project goals, progress, and outcomes.

Assist Division Manager in developing budgets and timelines for clients.

Coordination with teams to meet project milestones.

Estimating, reporting and recording bids.

Tracking billable hours and profit.

Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service.

Preparing and presenting proposals and bids.

Meeting monthly sales goals.

Help with logistics for property care services. 

Participate in meeting with foreman daily discussing daily jobs & allotted hours, quality control on job sites.

Be able to manage people and communicate with crews daily as to the job needs

Work with property care crews to accomplish job or task and to monitor quality control.

Participate in snow removal and work a route during snow events. 

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation Package:

Pay: $59,000-$79,000.00 per year.

Commission based on sales.
