Responsibilities

  • Believes in and follows all Employee Handbook standards and expectations.
  • 100% focus and dedication to I am Louie and Louie’s House Rules.
  • Punches in, and reports to manager on time and in full uniform for every shift. Obtains manager’s approval prior to punching out and leaving the work area.
  • Performs door host set up, opening duties, side work and closing duties.
  • Is the positive and engaging first and last impression for our Guests.
  • Greets, seats, communicates and cards every guest in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Uses common sense.
  • Manages occupancy standards on crowd control and complies with law regarding capacity.
  • Managers quotes and wait times based on bar Louie standards.
  • Ensures number of Guest does not exceed “maximum” limit set.
  • Maintains Bar Louie safety standards and sanitation standards.
  • Knowledge of and abides by, all liquor laws.
  • Alerts managers to potential hostile situations.
  • Alerts manager immediately if intoxicated guest attempts to enter Bar Louie.
  • Assists in table maintenance when able.
  • Always a team player.
  • Looks for opportunities to establish TDNHTDT.
  • Passes alcohol certification.
  • Passes general information quiz and department tests with 90% or higher.
  • Takes breaks in compliance with Bar Louie Standards and local and state laws.
  • Keeps a clean and professional appearance at all times.
