Sales Consultants:
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Sell products and coordinate services such as automotive key programming, device repair, and specialty battery solutions
- Own the customer experience from greeting through checkout
- Work closely with Repair Technicians to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to daily store performance and team success
- Build the product knowledge, service awareness, and professionalism needed for future leadership opportunities
This role is built around solutions-first selling, where success comes from listening well, solving real problems, and delivering a strong customer experience.
Pay & Earning Potential
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $20.00 – $23.50 per hour
- Includes hourly pay, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Full-time availability including at least one weekend day
- Strong communication skills and basic math proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with small products
- 1 year of customer service, retail, or hands-on work experience preferred
