BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world. Advancing the world of health™ is our Purpose, and it’s no small feat. It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.

We are seeking a bold, innovative, and highly collaborative leader who challenges the status quo and is passionate about elevating the talent acquisition function. The successful candidate will bring a global mindset, a customer-first approach, and a proven ability to attract exceptional talent at scale while building lasting partnerships with senior business leaders around the world.
Talent Acquisition leadership experience is strongly preferred; however, exceptional HR leaders with transferable expertise in talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
This role incorporates themes reflected in internal TA leadership priorities, including faster hiring without compromising quality, strong executive partnership, workforce planning, data-driven decision making, and operational excellence.

The Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition is a strategic and operational leader responsible for developing and executing a global talent acquisition strategy for enterprise hiring excluding executive level and encompassing over ~12,000 new hires/year.

This leader will play a critical role in accelerating business performance by delivering a best-in-class recruiting and  hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers while ensuring speed, quality, consistency, and compliance across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and innovative leader who has a proven track record of delivering business outcomes, simplifying processes, innovating with technology,  and building high-performing teams.

This role requires strong partnerships with senior executives, HR leaders, and business stakeholders, across multiple regions, to ensure workforce needs are anticipated and met with exceptional talent solutions - at a high speed. While Talent Acquisition expertise is preferred, we are also interested in candidates with transferrable capabilities in talent and workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, or related disciplines.
