- Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits
- Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment
- Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts
- Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems
- Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships
- Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Prior inside sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to continually learn about bisco industries, our customers and the industry
- Evidence of successful, high performance in work, school or other activities
- History of persistence or commitment to school, work or the community
- You must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and work Onsite, Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM with an hour lunch.
