Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Drive revenue growth across the Western region through strategic account development and new business acquisition
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, dealers, and industry partners
- →Deliver product demonstrations, trainings, and presentations to support adoption and engagement
- →Manage and coach an established network of independent sales representatives to maximize performance
- →Execute regional sales strategies, forecasting, and pipeline management
- →Serve as a trusted advisor on integrated lighting and control solutions for project-based environments
- →Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- →Collaborate cross functionally to resolve customer challenges and enhance the overall experience
- →Provide market intelligence and field insights to influence product and go to market strategy
- →Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning
- Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Technically curious, especially within lighting, controls, or smart home technologies
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated by growth, performance, and continuous improvement
Requirements
~1 min read- 2 or more years of experience in sales, preferably within lighting, controls, or related technology
- Experience working with integrators, dealers, or design-oriented customers preferred
- Working knowledge of lighting systems and controls technologies is highly desirable
- Familiarity with protocols such as DMX, DALI, or similar systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel approximately 60 to 70 percent within the Western region
- Must reside on the West Coast near a major metro area
