  • Create a more consistent and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Assess current tools and recommend improvements that better support scale, visibility, and execution
  • Promote sound hiring practices, compliance awareness, and disciplined follow-through across the recruiting lifecycle
  • Help rebuild trust in the recruiting function through responsiveness, transparency, and results
  • 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, engineering, technology, or similarly technical environments
  • Experience leading recruiting functions, teams, processes, or talent acquisition operations
  • Direct experience recruiting within aerospace or defense technology environments is required
  • Track record of recruiting specialized, technical, leadership, and other difficult-to-fill roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnership skills
  • Builder mentality with urgency, accountability, and adaptability
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance, and hiring best practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
