Expected Earnings: $50,000-80,000 (commission based structure with no upper limit)

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven and professional Sales Representative: IEG Division to join our growing team. This is a field-based role where you will meet directly with homeowners, perform interior, exterior, and gutter (IEG) inspections, and provide solutions built on trust, expertise, and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience while representing a company known for integrity and long-term relationships.

Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations for interior, exterior, and gutter projects

Meet with homeowners to discuss project needs and recommend solutions

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

Manage appointments, documentation, and scheduling effectively as a Sales Representative

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with interiors, exteriors, or gutters

Ability to climb ladders and work at heights safely

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.

Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
