We are hiring an experienced A&D Sales Manager to lead a team of A&D Sales Representatives across Florida. This is a field-based leadership role for a proven specification sales professional who is ready to step into management and drive real results across a growing territory. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead, coach, and develop a team of A&D Sales Representatives across Florida
- →Travel regularly throughout the state to support reps in the field and engage key accounts
- →Set team goals, monitor pipelines, and hold reps accountable to performance
- →Build and maintain senior-level relationships with architects, designers, developers, and design firm principals
- →Oversee territory coverage to ensure consistent market presence
- →Partner with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience from specification through project completion
- →Represent the company at industry events, showrooms, and trade functions statewide
- →Recruit and onboard new A&D Sales Representatives as the team grows
Requirements

- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales team
- Established relationships within the architecture, interior design, or builder community
- Strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage team performance across a large geographic territory
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Florida
