About the Role
~1 min read
The HR coordinator is the front line of BTS People Experience (PX) in the US. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, and you will help run the employee lifecycle day to day: onboarding and offboarding, leave and time off, HR systems, employee communications, and compliance. You will partner closely with our People Experience Business Partner, Payroll and Benefits experts, Recruiting, and IT.
This is a relational role. People often reach out to HR at important moments, such as starting a leave, welcoming a new baby, or leaving the company. How you listen and respond matters as much as getting the answer right. You will build trust, explain things in plain language, and know when to bring in the People Experience Business Partner.
BTS is also changing how we manage leaves and moving to a new HR system. You will help make that change work by shaping and testing new processes, validating data, and keeping employees informed. Much of the work follows established templates and checklists, and anything that needs judgment is reviewed before it goes out. This is a strong first step for someone building a career in HR operations.
