Experience: 2–4 years in full-cycle recruiting

Industry exposure: staffing agencies or corporate Talent Acquisition teams

Core Skills:

• Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → offer)
• LinkedIn Recruiter / Indeed / ATS systems 
• Candidate sourcing (Boolean search, passive outreach)
• Interview coordination + stakeholder management

Metrics successful candidate should speak to:

• Time-to-fill 
• Req load 
• Offer acceptance rate

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (not always required)
