In this role, you'll build trusted relationships with aircraft operators and maintenance organizations, identify opportunities to expand customer accounts, and ensure customers realize the full value of CAMP's solutions.

Working closely with senior Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll manage renewals, qualify new opportunities, deliver product demonstrations, and guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to close. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, relationship management, and solving customer problems in a technical environment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the renewal process to maximize customer retention and recurring revenue.
  • Understand each customer's business objectives and recommend solutions that address their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Follow up on inbound and outbound opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
  • Learn customer operations, technical requirements, and purchasing processes.
  • Position CAMP's solutions effectively in a competitive marketplace.
  • Educate customers on product capabilities and best practices.
  • Resolve customer questions and coordinate with internal teams when additional support is needed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts within the CRM.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve products and sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in inside sales, account management, business development, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Curiosity, business acumen, and a consultative approach to selling.
  • Comfortable discussing technical products and learning new technologies.
  • Experience managing opportunities within a CRM.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
