Solutions Consultant

A key function of this role includes the effective use and understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall performance. This position is expected to maintain awareness of emerging AI applications relevant to their responsibilities, apply AI tools ethically and effectively, and continuously develop their AI proficiency.

• Industry Understanding & Experience: Knowledge and experience working with clients and/or customers in the PEO, HR Outsourcing or Payroll industries is preferred, but not required.
• Four to five years of sales or sales engineering experience in a business-to-business environment is highly preferred
• Experience facilitating comprehensive customer demonstrations and delivering complex information in an easy-to-understand fashion
• The Solutions Consultant will need to be comfortable discussing challenges and needs with C-Level executives at the customer level
• Experience in working with customers of all levels, and dynamic interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, and become a ‘power user’ of our internal and client-facing systems – a high level of curiosity will be critical for this role
• Professional stature with self-confidence to lead and engage
• Strong project management skills with the ability to set and hold to critical deadlines
• Proficient using SalesForce and the Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Experience managing cases within a ticketing or case management system, with a strong understanding of SLA metrics
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
