HR Talent Acquisition Intern

Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division is looking for an Human Resource Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. Reporting to the Manager, P&C Global Talent Acquisition, this role will support the recruitment function through candidate sourcing, interview coordination, reporting, recruitment systems administration, candidate screening, and campus recruitment event planning. This is a one-year internship running from May 2027 to May 2028.

• →Currently enrolled in the second or third year of a Business, Human Resources, Commerce, or related degree program.
• →Available for a 12-month work term, working 37.5 hours per week
• →Available to complete a full-time internship from May 2027 through May 2028.
• →Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• →Strong academic credentials
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Previous customer service, administrative, or campus leadership experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, or applicant tracking systems.

• Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn recruitment best practices.
• Builds positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members while delivering a high level of service.
