Outside Sales Representative - Construction Rental Equipment

Milton Rents (division of Milton CAT) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to market, promote and profitably provide equipment, materials and services to existing and potential customers.

• →Make on-site sales calls to existing customers on a frequent, ongoing basis
• →Make on-site sales calls to new potential customers on a frequent, ongoing basis
• →Utilize referrals and leads to find new customers / opportunities
• →Coordinate sales and rentals through personnel at the front counter
• →Work to resolve any outstanding issues to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the company
• →Generate activity reports as requested by management
• →Obtain and update customer information as requested by management
• →Complete and submit all paperwork in the proper timeframes

• A high-school diploma or GED is required
• 3 years of successful, documented Outside Sales experience in equipment rental or a related industry is preferred
• Valid Driver License
• Working knowledge of operating capabilities of Construction Rental Equipment
• Working knowledge of construction materials and their applications
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
