Are you passionate about attracting top talent and creating recruitment experiences that strengthen our future workforce? You will play a crucial role in delivering talent acquisition activity across our people function. This role is central to helping us understand hiring needs, attract high quality candidates, and support an efficient, well coordinated recruitment process. A core part of the role is supporting future talent recruitment campaigns through targeted messaging, event coordination, and candidate engagement. This includes helping deliver recruitment roadshows, career events, and follow up activity that improves conversion into qualified applicants. Working closely with hiring managers, the role focuses on vacancy profiling, candidate specification, and recruitment briefing development for key roles. It also includes screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidates against defined selection criteria. You can expect to contribute to assessment center preparation, assessor support, and the development of talent pipelines for professional and management hiring. The position also involves maintaining candidate databases and supporting structured attraction and engagement activity. In addition, you will deliver HR data analysis and reporting that highlights trends, supports better hiring decisions, and improves recruitment effectiveness. Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent, experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources. Your background includes experience coordinating recruitment campaigns, screening candidates, supporting assessment activity, and maintaining accurate talent or HR data. You will bring strong planning and organising skills, confident communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complexity in a fast paced environment. This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
