About the Role

Support daily terminal and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment
Serve as a key operations and coordination partner for drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams
Ensure smooth dock launches and high levels of on-time pickup and delivery performance
Provide consistent, high-quality customer and driver support
This role is onsite in Bloomington, CA and aligned to standard weekday business hours

Responsibilities

→Provide high-level customer service and operational support
→Support drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations
→Coordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches
→Lead and coordinate drivers to maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance
→Maintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions
→Manage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation
→Oversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments
→Support key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested
→Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments
→Track and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met
→Provide ad-hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed
→Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives
