We are seeking a dynamic and highly connected Vice President of Business Development to lead growth initiatives and expand strategic partnerships within the BPO, staffing and healthcare sectors. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with a strong track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and market expansion. Experience in BPO, staffing agencies and healthcare environments is preferred.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and highly networked, with an established rolodex of industry contacts and a proven ability to convert relationships into long-term business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development strategy across BPO, staffing and healthcare markets
  • Leverage existing professional network to generate immediate and sustained revenue opportunities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new client partnerships in healthcare staffing, BPO, or related service lines
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine pricing strategies, service offerings, and positioning
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Lead contract negotiations through final execution
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong background in staffing agency environments (healthcare staffing strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth
  • Established network (“rolodex”) of healthcare and/or staffing industry contacts
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
